Welcome to The Big Autumn Update for 2024.
This is where I run you through everything that is happening over the next few months as we begin to approach Christmas.
GoBoomTV is publishing this big update to alert the viewers as to our plans. I will post on the YouTube community tab with a smaller version of this update.
Reduction in stream numbers
As I'm sure you know, education is super important. Unfortunately, this means I am no longer able to post to GoBoomTV during the mid-hours most weekdays. Weekend streams are unaffected, although may wrap up earlier as a result. Super Late Night streams (we're talking past midnight) have ceased to broadcast.
The branding overhaul
Welcome to the new GoBoomTV! With our new colour, GoBoomTV Green, and our new typefaces, we're sure you'll enjoy tons of streams with this branding!
Vertically Streaming
Vertical streams on YouTube are very popular, as they tend to appear in your shorts feed. I'm sure you've come across one. If you watch one, you end up on like a vertical livestream feed.
GoBoomTV will be experimenting with vertical streams on Thursday, 5th September 2024 in the mid to late evening (we're talking 7pm BST). If the trial is successful, vertical streams may become more prominent.

Welcome to new viewers
I would love to welcome you to GoBoomTV. You have dived into a channel without commentary, long and friendly live-streams with calm, chilled music. We are uber excited to see you on the streams!!
GoBoomTV mainly prioritises BeamNG Drive and Minecraft, two very popular games. GoBoomTV also runs many more stream series, such as The Enchanted Railway, and Epic Movie Chase in BeamNG.
The plan for the next three weeks
On Thursday, I will test the vertical livestream. Saturday's POTW stream this week should be fine to run as normal.
Next Saturday, the POTW stream may not run. However, a sum-up community post will be made as soon as I can make one.
The same story goes for the Saturday afterwards, however it may be even less likely to run. Please check the community tab for announcements.
